Yes! We offer a free plan with access to basic features. To expand limits and get a monthly allowance of AI Credits, you can subscribe to a paid plan. Use of the AI tools is measured in credits — included in plans or bought separately in packages.

MamãoFy.AI is our integrated artificial intelligence assistant. It helps you create course content, generate lesson scripts, write copy for landing pages, plan projects and much more. The AI remembers context from your previous conversations, getting more useful over time.

The Workspace is your productivity space inside MamãoFy, with three integrated tools:

• Notes: Notion-style rich editor to document projects, scripts and ideas
• Kanban boards: visually organize tasks with drag-and-drop columns

All tools integrate with AI — you can ask MamãoFy.AI to create complete projects with notes, boards and tasks automatically.

The Landing Page builder lets you create professional capture and sales pages without any technical knowledge. You can build pages via AI (just describe what you need) or use ready-made templates. Each page includes capture forms, integrated analytics and automatic SEO optimization.

The Analytics dashboard shows detailed metrics for your landing pages: visitors, captured leads, conversion rate, sales funnel and user behavior. You track everything in real time to make data-driven decisions.

Yes. Each plan sets limits and a monthly allowance of AI Credits. Use of the AI features (MamãoFy.AI, Creative.AI, Tutor, Sender, etc.) is debited in credits according to the current table; when the allowance runs out, you use à-la-carte credits bought in packages. Resources like notes, boards and landing pages have per-plan limits. See the details on the plans page.

Each AI feature consumes credits according to the current table; extra credits can be bought in packages.

AI Credits are pre-paid units that measure the use of the artificial intelligence tools (MamãoFy.AI, Creative.AI, Tutor, Sender and others). There are two types: your plan monthly allowance, which renews each cycle and expires at its end; and à-la-carte credits, bought in packages (Mini, Start, Plus, Pro), which do not expire. Consumption is taken first from the allowance and then from the à-la-carte credits.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you switch plans, the remaining days of the previous plan are converted into pro-rated credit and applied to the new plan, ensuring you never lose what you have already paid.

You can pause automatic renewal or cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard, no bureaucracy. When paused, you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Cancellation does not refund the current period, except where required by law (7-day right of withdrawal).

Organization plans include a number of instructor seats (slots for teachers). Each instructor linked to the organization automatically receives access to the plan's tools. Additional seats can be purchased separately as the team grows.

We accept the main payment methods through MercadoPago:

• Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express (up to 12 installments)
• PIX: instant payment with immediate confirmation
• Boleto bancário: settles in up to 2 business days

All payments are processed securely. We do not store card data on our servers.

Absolutely. All payments are processed directly by MercadoPago, one of the largest payment platforms in Latin America. Your card data never passes through our servers — it is sent directly to the gateway in encrypted form (transparent checkout).

For card subscriptions, yes — renewal is automatic in the chosen cycle (monthly or annual). You can pause renewal at any time from your account panel, keeping access until the end of the period already paid.

MamãoFy keeps 4% per sale — a single commission, with no variation by plan. The other 96% go directly to the producer MercadoPago account at the moment of approval, with automatic split. When the producer is an instructor of an organization, the amount goes to the organization account, which settles with its instructors off-platform. In courses with collaborators, payment goes to the course owner, who settles with collaborators off-platform.

Share your referral link. For each purchase made by someone who signed up via your link, you earn 2% in AI credits — forever. Credits land in your account instantly and can be spent on any Mamãofy AI tool. No minimum, no holding period.

Organizations are corporate accounts for schools, training companies and educational institutions. With an organization plan you manage an instructor team in a centralized dashboard, with included seats, unified billing and full control over the content published by the team.

Courses consist of modules and lessons (video, text, quiz, supplementary materials). After purchase, you access the content in your member area, with progress tracking, completion certificate and lifetime access to the purchased material.

Live sessions (webinars) are real-time broadcasts that allow direct interaction between instructor and participants — ideal for workshops, mentoring and Q&A. Infoproducts are digital materials such as eBooks, guides, templates and spreadsheets that complement learning and can be sold separately.

Yes! When you complete all lessons and activities of a course, you receive a digital certificate that can be downloaded and shared. Certificate issuance depends on the course instructor's configuration.

You earn points for activities on the platform: completing courses, participating in discussions, rating content and sharing with friends. Points can be exchanged for discounts, access to exclusive content and other benefits within the platform.
