About refunds
The standard window is 7 calendar days after purchase, in line with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC, Law 8.078/1990). Producers and instructors may offer longer windows at their own discretion.

Signing up as an instructor or organization is free. No mandatory subscription — you only pay commission when you sell.

Limits and upgrades
Users without an active subscription use the platform's default limits (set by admins). When you subscribe to a plan, limits increase per the plan's offering. You can switch plans at any time — the remaining days are converted into pro-rated credit for the new plan.
