Data and Account Deletion

When you request account deletion, all personal data, settings, created content, activity history and any other information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.

Deletion is processed after administrator confirmation, ensuring all information is removed securely and completely, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

The deletion process is simple and can be started directly from the platform:

1. Access your Account Settings
   Log in to your MamãoFy account and navigate to the "Settings" section in your dashboard.
2. Select "Delete Account"
   Within settings, find the "Delete Account" button. This option will allow you to start the deletion process.
3. Confirm Deletion
   To ensure deletion is really what you want, we will ask you to confirm your decision. After confirmation, your request will be sent for processing.
4. Await Confirmation
   Your request will be reviewed by the responsible team. After administrator confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

When you delete your account, the following effects will apply permanently:

• Loss of access: you will lose access to all courses, trainings and content you purchased or participated in on MamãoFy
• Personal data removal: all your data, including learning history, reviews, comments and interactions on the platform, will be permanently deleted
• Subscription cancellation: any active subscription plan will be canceled immediately
• Published content: if you are an instructor or organization, all courses, articles and materials created by you will be removed
• Balance and commissions: any pending balance or unwithdrawn commissions will be lost — we recommend making withdrawals before deletion

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Beyond deletion, the LGPD guarantees the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
• Deletion: request elimination of your personal data processed based on your consent
• Portability: request transfer of your data to another service provider
• Revocation: revoke your consent for data processing at any time
