What you will learn?

Run a site survey with questions, photos and measurements that closes the scope and says what is left out.
Calculate your technician hour from your monthly cost and build the price of a real job.
Apply margin the right way (on the price, not "on top of" the cost) and handle the card fee.
Write a one-page proposal with scope, exclusions, deadline, payment, warranty and validity.
Answer three common objections with numbers and close with a deposit, a simple written agreement and a receipt.
Carry out the job with communication, record a change order, hand over with a written warranty and create recurring work.

About this course

Many good technicians lose money before they pick up a tool. They quote by eye, forget the travel, leave out the tax, give a discount to close the deal and discover at the end of the month that they worked for free. Then they lose the client at handover: they vanished during the job, charged an extra nobody had agreed to, left nothing in writing.

This course organizes the whole cycle, for electrical, HVAC, solar and security work. You learn to survey a job with a closed scope, to build the price from your monthly cost (technician hour, material, travel, MEI tax — MEI is Brazil's individual micro-entrepreneur regime — and margin), to write a one-page proposal the client understands and to answer objections with numbers. Then you carry out the job with clear communication, record surprises in a change order, hand over with a checklist and a written warranty, ask for a review and set up recurring maintenance.

The values are examples from inland São Paulo state in 2026. The course is not accounting or legal advice: for taxes and contracts, check with your accountant and, when needed, with a lawyer.

Requirements

Know how to perform at least one type of service (electrical, HVAC, solar or security). Any technical course at the Academy works as a base, but none is required.
A phone with a camera, a spreadsheet (on the phone or the computer) and access to the site e-nogueira.com.br.
For clients (A0): none. Read Lessons 3, 4 and 6 to learn what to demand from a proposal.

FAQ

It does not give a ready-made price list. It teaches you to calculate your price from your cost. The numbers in the course are a worked example from inland São Paulo state in 2026; yours will be different, and Lesson 2 shows how to get to them.
No. The course uses the MEI as an example because it is the most common route for people starting out. If you are already a small company (ME) or work as a sole trader, you use the same method and swap the tax line. Tax rules: check with your accountant.
It is a simple written agreement that records what both sides agreed. That already protects you far more than a verbal deal. For a large job, a contract with a company or an unusual situation, ask a lawyer to review it.
It works for all four areas. The calculation example is a split-type air conditioner installation, because it is the most common service, but the survey includes a checklist per area and the pricing method is the same.
It helps you evaluate a proposal: what it must say, what is usually left out, what is a reasonable deposit and what warranty you can demand in writing. Lessons 3, 4 and 6 are the most useful for you.
