What you will learn?

Place a system under Law 14,300 and REN 1,000: microgeneration, GD I, GD II, Fio B, availability charge and deadlines.
Build the request dossier: form, holder documents, power of attorney, single-line diagram, design report, ART or TRT and Inmetro registrations, with no divergence.
File in the utility portal, count deadlines and answer pending items and requirements without opening a new problem.
Calculate the available capacity and resolve upgrades to the service entrance, earthing, SPD and sign.
Commission under NBR 16274 with an expected × measured table per input and write the report with the inspection photos.
Follow the inspection and meter swap, read the first bill with credits and hand over the system with monitoring and warranty term.

About this course

The system is installed and measured. Now the utility has to accept it. This is where many good jobs get stuck: a different capacity figure in each document, an expired connection budget, a service entrance with a requirement, an inspection failed over a sign. This course follows the Aguaí house from SO3 (4.1 kWp, two microinverters, two-phase 63 A service entrance) all the way to the first bill with credits. You place the system under Law 14,300 and REN 1,000 (the Brazilian net-metering law and the regulator's rules for grid service), build the dossier document by document, file it in the portal and count the deadlines in calendar days and business days. You resolve the upgrades the utility asks for, with the available-capacity calculation. You commission under NBR 16274 (the Brazilian standard for PV commissioning tests, derived from IEC 62446) with tests per microinverter input, write the report and photograph what the inspector wants to see. Finally, you follow the inspection, read the bill with compensation and hand the system over to the customer with monitoring, manual and warranty term. It does not go into minigeneration or shared generation, and it does not qualify you to sign an ART or TRT (the Brazilian technical responsibility documents).

Requirements

Have completed SO2 and SO3 (or master sizing, composition with microinverters, the AC generation circuit and the on-site tests).
Know how to use a multimeter, a clamp meter and an insulation tester (megohmmeter). A PV module tester helps in lesson 5 but is not required.
To work in the field: NR-10 and NR-35 training (Brazilian electrical-safety and work-at-height standards) and working with a legally qualified professional who signs the design and execution.

FAQ

No. The person who signs is the legally qualified professional, with attributions recognized by their professional council. The course shows what this document covers, who may issue it and how to prepare everything they will sign, so that nothing comes back for divergence.
The deadlines and the underlying rules come from REN 1,000 and Law 14,300, which apply across Brazil. Portal, form and technical details change from one utility to another. The course uses Neoenergia Elektro (DIS-NOR-031 REV 02, the utility's own technical standard) as a complete case and teaches you to find the same points in your utility's standard.
The access process is the same. In commissioning, lesson 5 shows the tests per string, side by side with the tests per microinverter input, which are the focus.
They appear only as a mention: where the path changes (deadlines, guarantee, credit allocation). The course details low-voltage microgeneration, up to 75 kW, with local self-consumption.
The commissioning does: NBR 16274 derives from IEC 62446, used in many countries. The access process, the deadlines and the compensation are Brazilian. Outside Brazil, follow your utility's interconnection procedure and the local electrical code.
